When it comes to insurance (as with everything), comparision shopping is critical. If you do not shop for the best deal, you will certainly throw money away. There are many places to compare insurance in general. One site that specializes in car insurance is Auto Insurance Remedy. Their website is well laid out and the most interesting page gives the minumum car insurance requirements in every state in one location. I spent quite a bit of time there. The site explains the different types of coverages and insurance terms and even gave me more information than my own “flesh and blood” agent.
I am currently satisfied with my auto insurance, but I just might shop around next time my policy is up for renewal. I will certainly start with Auto Insurance Remedy.
