Per Diem
November 16th, 2007 | by rocketc |I have been spending a lot of time on the road lately for two different organizations. The per diem from company A is $12 a day - I don’t starve, but I usually have to supplement with my own money. The per diem from company B is $75 per day! Extravagance on one hand makes up for austerity on the other. Of course I don’t need anywhere near $75 a day to eat, but three or four days at that rate and my wife can feed our family for a month.
