I signed up with eBates ages ago and unfortunately, my experience has been that the site never works for me – browser time outs, etc.
Wrote their customer service department a couple of times about the issues, but never received a response……

Strange. . .we have never had a problem. I wonder if your computer has some kind of spyware or filter problem. My office blocks ebates. . .
