The Friday Stack (on Monday)
January 21st, 2008 | by rocketc |I decided to go with a regular post on Friday, instead of a round-up post as is my usual habit. I spent the weekend digesting many other posts around the personal finance blogosphere. There were a lot of posts that seemed to be pointed right at me. . . like 10 signs it is time for a new job at Cash Money Life. I read the list out loud to my wife last night. In my current situation, I could say yes to about 6.5 of the signs. . . if I end up leaving my job, I’m blaming Patrick.
If I could steal a blog and make it my own, it would be Digerati, but I’m not sure I could keep coming up with pictures like the Silicon Valley Blogger does in article after article. Check out her latest photo and read some tips on how to manage relocation costs.
Before you move or quit your job, be sure to check your credit report. Madison at My Dollar Plan helps you get organized.
I might never be rich, but Millionaire Money Habits gave some ideas to make my kids rich.
While you are making your kids rich, Aaron Stroud at On Financial Success will help you make your savings productive.
Plonkee tells you why she is not paying off her student loans early and Lynnae at Being Frugal want you to tell her a thing or two!
Don’t forget to check out a discussion on taxes between Randall and myself.

If I leave my job, I’m blaming me too!
Thanks for the mention, and I hope your job situation works out for you.

Uh oh, a 6.5 might mean it’s time to start evaluating things. Good luck!

Yes, except I really like the people I work with. . .I need to see if some of Patrick’s points are weighted more heavily than others. . .
